Entry level if you have 5 GCSE's A-C passes.
Full training, and working in a nurturing, teamy environment.
Job Purpose: (general)
To provide the highest standard on customer service to our clients, by handling personal injury cases from start to finish, in a meticulous and profession manner.
Main Accountabilities: (there may be others)
To Ensure that:
Corresponding with solicitors, claimants and medical experts via letter and email
General administration such as issuing appointments
Answering incoming calls
Making outgoing calls
Instructing doctors to produce independent medical reports
Ordering and processing medical records
Arranging medical tests/investigations as required
To undertake any training as deemed appropriate
To comply with all Companies Information Security Policy and all other Company Policies applicable to the role
Principal Skills & Attributes Required:

Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
