|The Software Support Team Leader is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the support team.
They are the responsible for ensuring that all technical support operations are fully supported and all support resources are deployed where and when they can be most effective.
Leading by example the support team leader is expected to provide a good example to the rest of the support team of the very highest standards of customer service, performance, experience and knowledge regarding the co's software, processes and procedures.
They are ultimately responsible for developing, encouraging and maintaining the support team members to provide the highest standards of support and customer service.
Personality is very important – Must be positive with a optimistic attitude
This is to manage a team of between 4 and 7 and they are looking for a technical person that has the presence to lead the team from the front
