What you’ll be doing...
Responsible for managing the overall account relationship. Works with clients to negotiate contract renewals, cross sells and upsells.
Protect and defend annual revenue, customer base, and installed customer units within defined territory.
Utilizes detailed knowledge of products and thorough knowledge of clients' business to consult and provide solutions that will increase value and ROI for clients.
Ability to sell on value in a highly competitive market.
Consult with clients on best practices to increase value and ROI for clients.
Liaise with technical support, accounting and other areas of the business to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate, detailed records of all sales activity in CRM (SFDC).
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required/assigned.
What we’re looking for...
University education preferred.
B2B sales experience, SaaS technology preferred.
Strong business acumen and presence; comfortable selling at business owner level.
Goal oriented and target driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Salesforce experience preferred.
Conflict management, strong negotiation skills
Creative problem-solving skills, strategic thinking
Ability to execute comprehensive customer coverage strategies
Ability to effectively present a solution to the client at all levels to demonstrate business impact and RO
