|HR Coordinator||£ 25000 - 30000 pa||Slough||VC3612|
|This role of HR Coordinator is to provide professional, efficient and effective HR support to the business. This role will involve day to day HR administrative duties alongside providing support and guidance to the business for all Employee relation issues. As a varied and widely proactive position, this role will involve being highly organised, have the ability to work well under pressure, have the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities and take on project based work.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
Use your HR knowledge to provide employees and managers with consistent HR advice and guidance.
Work closely with the HR Consultant to provide support with projects and ongoing day to day employee relation responsibilities.
Maintain all appropriate HR filing systems including personnel files.
Create all new employee contracts and support in creating all employee relation letters such as: promotion or contract amendment letters.
Manage the onboarding and leaver process to ensure a smooth transition process.
Maintain the PeopleHR database ensuring all relevant documents are uploaded and personal information is up to date.
Support with payroll processing on a monthly basis.
Note taking during HR meetings (e.g. disciplinary, probation meetings) ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Take responsibility for the recruitment process through being the first point of contact for recruitment agencies, and supporting with filtering CV’s, and arranging interviews.
Maintain a close working relationship with all levels of Management
Support with the annual appraisal process including supporting with KPI reporting for senior managers.
Work with all departments as requested on ad hoc projects and internal presentations providing support where necessary.
Ensure confidentiality at all times.
Experience & skills required for the role:
Level 3 CIPD Qualified
Fluency in English
At least 2 years professional experience in an office environment
Experience working in a HR team
Knowledge and understanding of the management of confidential and sensitive documents
Experience in building strong relationships and professional credibility quickly
HR administration experience
Experience in minuting meetings
Understanding of basic HR legal guidelines
Trustworthy and confidential
Experience using HR systems
Intermediate capabilities in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
