|Working for a growing company that are part of a large international group of companies.
As part of the Certification team, coordinate and transact business activities including processing customer enquiries; preparing, issuing and following-up quotations; administering current projects; processing annual audits and renewals ; preparing and updating management reports. The post holder is also expected to be flexible in supporting the various functions of the wider Group as required including covering reception.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records on the company’s management system
Responding to customer requests as required.
Ensuring that all customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner either by direct action or by referral to others.
Dealing with enquiries internally and externally by telephone, email or personally in an efficient and professional manner.
Corresponding, liaising, reporting, etc. with other staff and Clients as required.
Providing cover during the absence of other Group staff as appropriate.
Arranging and supporting team meetings to include producing / circulating agendas and taking minutes.
Education & Experience:
Preferably educated to at least A level or equivalent. Experience of the fire protection or similar industry would be an advantage. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position preferred - especially through using business management systems such as SAP, Sage, Union Square, etc.
