|A great opportunity has become available for a Qualifications & Standards Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator who can manage different projects at once as well as having good computer and communication skills. My client is based in Prices Risborough, the role is to work with the Professional Standards department, as well as Service Delivery, Finance and Commercial teams. The role offers the opportunity to experience all areas of administration and qualification standards.
Maintain question banks for relevant qualifications
Coordinate the creation of exam papers and assessment materials
Coordinate updates to all documentation when needed e.g. syllabus and guidance
Arrange, coordinate and minute meetings as required
Coordinate standardisation exercises including sending out and collating responses to relevant parties
Coordinate quality reporting to Accredited Training Providers
General admin duties such as; organising payments and purchase orders for relevant qualifications and standards
Educated to A level or equivalent or have relevant work experience
Experience of analysing and presenting data
Experience of recording notes and actions from meetings
Brilliant administration skills
Excellent PC and IT skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Be able to work to deadlines and to work independently
Planning and organising
Technical and professional expertise
