|The Sales Support Coordinator will provide a professional, efficient and effective support service to the Customer Services Department. This role will predominantly be making outbound sales calls to our customers and taking inbound calls, processing orders and handling customer queries.
To provide sales support to the Customer Services Department.
Co-ordination of accounts in designated sales areas
Producing sales analysis reports for targeted outbound calls
Making outbound calls to existing customers and lapsed accounts to generate sales
Making focused outbound calls to move promotional and short-dated stock
Processing orders via telephone with 100% accuracy.
Dealing with customer queries.
Upselling promotional / short dated and new products on inbound calls
General administration duties related to the Customer Services Department.
Any other ad hoc duties requested by the Customer Services Manager.

Essential experience and/or qualifications
Previous sales experience essential
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Previous customer service experience beneficial but not essential
Previous experience of SAP beneficial but not essential
