|Working in a very busy Accounts Department, using your Sage line 50, for Sales ledger, Purchase ledger and credit control. This could be temp, temp to perm or perm. Very near to the train station at Bracknell for non drivers.
Hours 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri
Training could be a slightly later finish.
Responsibilities will include:-
Sales ledger duties;
Daily bank reconciliations; (big task as marrying up small amounts)
Processing employee expenses;
Issuing credit control emails;
Liaising with external finance departments and customers;
Assisting with other ad hoc office duties as required.
Purchase ledger duties;
Processing invoices and credit cards
Processing purchase orders;
Processing supplier forms;
Flexible with good work ethic and willing to help out where necessary in all functions of the account department
Able to deal with high volume input
Proficient user of Sage Line 50
Sage 200 would be advantageous
Adhere to existing accounting procedures
Basic State pension contributions
Twenty days per year annual leave with an additional day’s leave after each complete year of service up to a maximum of twenty-five days’ annual leave after five years’ service. First year of employment, leave is calculated on a monthly pro rata basis from the start date
