The role is responsible for both outbound and inbound telesales to our customers, prospects and partner enquiries and as such requires an enthusiastic, driven and customer-centric sales professional. You will need an outgoing personality that is both engaging and energetic, the resilience to work in a telesales environment, the ability to handle high call volumes and data input plus have confidence in your own abilities and be a real team player.
Maximize all sales and customer opportunities pro-actively with efficient follow-up as and when required.
Qualify all enquiries and ensure appropriate products are explained to the customer to ensure that they have the information to make an informed choice in their selection of products and associated components.
Manage pipeline, quotes and call backs effectively, within agreed timeframes, optimising leads and customer opportunities at inception, renewal and cancellation stage
Manage work load to achieve all activity and productivity goals (KPI’s)
Ensure all sales are made in line with compliance regulations, as well as using current and future approved scripts.
Ensure any regulatory obligations applicable to the role are met.
