|A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Support Assistant to join a great team. This sales role is on a temporary ongoing basis and the successful candidate will need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, as well as customer service experience. My client is based in Maidenhead and is a leader within their industry, the hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm.
Actively contribute and respond to all incoming customer queries via telephone, email, fax (and other channels as appropriate) working to department SLA’s (service level agreements) contributing to team targets
Responsible for recording customer queries/issues via available/relevant databases (eg: CRM, Helpdesk, Subscription Centre) raising and monitoring bug reports/change requests generating a root cause analysis/ feedback loop
Housekeeping Customer Database(s) as appropriate for registration & subscription management
Ad-hoc translation of documents
Generic/ad hoc administration duties to support Customers (direct & Indirect)
Ability to English and Swedish fluently both verbally and in writing
Minimum of 6 months experience within a customer facing role
Team player, Autonomous, Self-motivated
Excellent communication skills (oral, written)
