|Our client are an innovator in business payment automation technology for 30 years, and eliminate that struggle by helping companies make complex business payments simple, smart and secure.
They are currently recruiting for a Client Care Manager to join their team based in London (however this role does require travelling around London area and occasional travel to wider UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands as required)
The Client Care manager is responsible for a list of named accounts; ensuring customer delight through exceptional relationship building skills. You will proactively build relationships and governance strategies personalized for each account. The Client Care Manager is responsible for leading service review meetings and calls, addressing issues or concerns and identifying upsell opportunities.
The Client Care Manager will be the eyes and ears of the Client within the company. They will coordinate teams and stakeholders internally to ensure optimum service levels. The candidate is responsible for Client Care administrative tasks linked to communication, reporting and client events.
The jobholder will be incentivized around client retention and delight with client feedback and attrition framed within the commission package.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Graduate, 2.1 or equivalent
Proficient experience working in a client facing role
Strong emotional intelligence
Knowledge or an understanding of Banking & Financial Services would be advantageous
Interest in Technology, Payments or Fin-Tech industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation.
Comfortable handling customer queries or complaints
Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure
Demonstrates organisational skills and keen attention to detail
A Team player
Ability to proactively manage internal stakeholders
Knowledge of MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
Available to travel frequently
