|Working for a strong, progressive, professional company who would like to hear from Marketing Assistants looking for their next move into a Marketing Exec role. The duties include:-
To manage the firmís branding. Be the firmís brand ambassador and co-ordinate the assets, integrate online and offline branded materials and review the design in line with brand/market and the firmís purpose and goals.
To manage the production of artwork, copy, manage print campaigns, advertisements and monitor the quality of articles written for publication to help achieve campaign objectives.
Coordinate and manage content for our digital platforms and ensure that the content promotes and supports our strategic goals in its content and tone.
Contribute to the profile of the marketing team within the firm by contributing to, and leading some, discussions with practice groups.
Work on campaigns and initiatives to deliver the firmís strategy.
Monitor and coordinate the marketing budget expenditure during the financial year, working with the marketing assistant to provide regular reports to the marketing director on budget status.
Produce newsletters, Stop Press news and other collateral for the practice groups, ensuring the focus/content supports the strategy and campaign objectives.
Contribute to the implementation of the marketing plans that support the strategy and take responsibility for implementing aspects such as particular campaigns or events.
Contribute to and monitor projects linked to web development and liaise with external stakeholders and the marketing director.
Contribute to the development of our digital channels in line with market trends and to effectively achieve strategic plans.
Work with the marketing assistant to manage the development of the firmís social media channels in order to broaden the reach of our brand recognition with specific target groups within our target geography.
Manage all aspects of events hosted by the firm - venue bookings, suppliers, materials, invitations and delegate lists (working closely with the manager, marketing director and partners) - for practice groups and firm-wide, with support from the marketing assistant.
Person specification and qualifications
Relevant degree and CIM qualification.
Excellent writing and editing skills including grammar.
Excellent IT skills including MS Office, Quark, Photoshop, CMS, Peppermint, dotMailer and other software used by the marketing team.
A good understanding of printing processes and relevant terminology.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication skills at all levels.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and manage multiple deadlines.
Be a creative thinker and contribute ideas.
Manage time well and organise work and office.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
