|My client is looking for a Customer Support Assistant, handling incoming calls/enquiries.
Although in Maidenhead, they are moving to Bracknell later on in the year.
Company Objective - Customer Support
Purpose of the Role
To provide internal and external customers with an effective and high standard of customer service, administration and case management support.
Working within an office-based team environment, answering telephone and email customer queries during standard business hours.
To retain existing customers by explaining the benefits of the product.
Actively contribute and respond to all incoming customer queries via telephone, email, working to department SLA’s (service level agreements) contributing to team targets.
Responsible for recording customer queries, raising and monitoring bug reports/change requests generating a root cause analysis/ feedback loop.
Housekeeping Customer Database(s) as appropriate for registration & subscription management.
Generic/ad hoc administration duties to support Customers (direct & Indirect).
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent customer service approach
Team player, Autonomous, Self-motivated
Excellent communication skills (oral, written)
Experience in an office-based environment
Knowledge in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Candidates would ideally have minimum of 6 months experience within an office environment, working within a customer service team.
Salary: £20K-£23K / per annum
25 days holiday
Working hours Monday to Friday : on a weekly rota, alternating from 8am-4.30pm to 9am-5.30pm
1 Hour lunch
