|Are you ideally suited to a small, highly professional business and are happy to work in a rural location? To drive and have a car would be required. This role is a PA to an MD and Two Snr Directors and you need to be really meticulous with your attention to detail, using Excel for reports and Powerpoint for Presentations.

In this role you are the glue between the management and the business.
Working alongside the management to ensure the smooth running of the office and participation in the sales cycle, taking responsibility for the professionalism and accuracy of all internal and external communication and documentation.
Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the office and staff
Awareness of all private matters appertaining to the business and ensuring all data and records are maintained and retained confidentially
To promote the ethics of the company both within the office, in every and any communication with clients and delegates and to have a 'whatever it takesí attitude towards all aspects of the work.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Diary management including scheduling/planning meetings and conference calls, travel and accommodation and email inbox management for the Directors
Dealing with contracts and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry
Office management to include ordering of supplies and ensuring smooth running of the office environment.
Assist with event enquiries and with organisation and event logistics when required
Working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of the event.
Ad hoc research support for management
Planning and prioritising all Key Account Reviews.
Assisting with client proposals, quality checking or accuracy.
Assisting with creating sales presentations.
Ensure client database entries kept up to date and accurate .
Review and set up new templates for client correspondence.
Manage funding tracking document, track sales prospects, & updating Salesforce System Management.
Updating Salesforce with new campaigns, opportunities and contacts and overall ownership of entries & flagging to directors for follow up.
Typing, compiling and preparing email communications, letters, sales correspondence, funding requests, sales presentations.
Follow up all faculty invites to secure, data for programmes, biographies, photographs, Conflict Of Interest forms and update and manage Faculty database in Salesforce.
Take delivery of all print work, checking quality prior to distribution.
